Nowadays, many of the fast diets promise to lose weight in a very short time and, also, they assure that you will not have a rebound, as is the case of the water diet, however, we fall into an error when thinking that this type of “diet miraculous ” really work. There is nothing better than learning to eat healthily and maintain a balanced diet, especially according to our needs.

If you practice this diet for several days, you will avoid the proper functioning of the body's organs and, as a result, what you will obtain will be to recover the lost weight, that is, there will be rebound.

WHAT DOES THE WATER DIET CONSIST OF?

The water diet is usually carried out from the moment you wake up, either just consuming it naturally or adding a lemon wedge. It can also be consumed with aloe, fruit juices, green tea, and raw vegetables.

CONSEQUENCES:

  • You will feel fatigued most of the day as it contains few carbohydrates, which do not provide enough energy to stay active.
  • You may experience headaches and muscle aches.
  • You are fasting most of the day.
  • You can become anxious and sleepy.
  • Being a full-time diet,  you avoid the most important meal of the day: breakfast.
  • Only up to 500 calories are consumed.
  • Memory loss, vision loss, and accumulated fatigue.
  • Damage to teeth and gums.

REMEMBER THAT…

To lose weight healthily you must keep balance the calories you consume and the portions in the same way. The not eat solid foods or decrease only increases the risk of up double fat.

You do not necessarily have to have a strict diet to reduce those extra kilos, learning to control your appetite and detect when you feel satisfied is a sign that you keep your diet in balance.

If you usually drink a lot of water, it is recommended that you distribute it throughout the day.  If you do any physical activity, remember that it is necessary to always stay hydrated, since it quickly removes liquids from your body.

Do not waste time making these "eating plans", better measure your portions and exercise constantly to look and feel better.
